SLEEP:  Dogfish Inn - (You'll love it here we do! It's owned by DogFish Brewing Company) 

SWIM:   Dogs are not allowed on any beach between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. any day between May 1st and September 30th. Dogs must always be on a leash when in city limits. You can take your dog on the beach early in the morning or later in the evening as long as they are leashed.
